Tejeda Morel is a well-established retail business in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Over decades, they built a loyal customer base, achieving remarkable success through in-person sales and WhatsApp order management. Known for providing a vast product selection in categories like beauty, home care, baby items, and health, they became a trusted choice in their community.
Despite their strong foundation, the team recognized the pressing need to evolve with consumer trends. They sought to expand their reach by creating a seamless, fully accessible online store—providing customers with the flexibility to shop anytime. This marked a strategic move not only to scale their business but also to simplify operations, extending their services beyond their 5-days-a-week, 8-hours-a-day physical store operations into a 24/7 digital platform.
